External links help readers reach an official service, verify a rule or understand a source. A link is provided for reference and convenience; it is not an endorsement, guarantee or transfer of responsibility.

Linking principles
Parivaahan.org links to government portals and selected third-party resources when doing so helps a reader verify information or complete an action in the correct place. We aim to use a direct, secure and relevant destination, and to label a transactional link clearly enough that a visitor understands they are leaving our website.
Preference for official sources
For transport rules and services, we prefer primary official material such as central or state government domains, published acts and rules, department notices, public-safety guidance and the official service portal. Where multiple official portals exist, a guide may link to the national starting point and explain that a state-specific selection is required.
No endorsement or control
A link does not mean that Parivaahan.org owns, operates, sponsors, approves or guarantees the destination. We do not control an external website’s content, availability, accessibility, security, advertising, cookies, data collection, payments or customer support. Its own terms and privacy policy apply after you leave this website.
Check before you enter information
Government sites may use domains ending in .gov.in or .nic.in, but visitors should still confirm the exact address and the department named on the page. A padlock indicates an encrypted connection; it does not by itself prove that a website is official or trustworthy.
Links that change or stop working
External organisations may move, rename, restrict or remove pages without notice. A deep link can redirect to a homepage, expire or require a login or state selection. We may replace a broken link with the closest verified official destination. We cannot guarantee that every linked page will remain available.
Third-party tools, maps, videos and embeds
An embedded map, video, document viewer or social-media item may behave as if the visitor opened the third-party service directly and may set cookies or collect technical information. We use such material only when it adds meaningful value. Visitors can choose not to interact with an embed and may instead use a text description or direct official source where available.
Commercial and affiliate links
Editorial conclusions should not be purchased. If a page contains an affiliate link, paid placement or sponsorship in the future, the commercial relationship should be disclosed clearly near the relevant material. Compensation must not convert an advertisement into an official recommendation or exempt it from our safety and accuracy standards.
Permission to link to Parivaahan.org
You may link to public pages on this website if the link is accurate, lawful and does not suggest endorsement or affiliation. Do not frame our pages, copy the site design, use deceptive anchor text, or place a link in phishing, malware, hate or unlawful content. We may request removal of a misleading link or unauthorised use of our branding.
Link inclusion and removal requests
We do not exchange links, sell rankings or guarantee inclusion. A request should identify the page, proposed destination and its relevance. We may refuse or remove a link because it is unsafe, outdated, misleading, primarily promotional, inconsistent with the article or no longer useful. Government and rights-holder requests are assessed on their substance and applicable law.
Report a broken or unsafe link
Please use the Contact Us page and include the Parivaahan.org page URL, the link text, destination shown in your browser and a short description of the problem. Do not submit passwords, OTPs or private documents. Our Corrections & Updates Policy explains how reports are reviewed.
