The content is intended to help readers understand a process before visiting the competent authority or its official portal. No government affiliation

Government names, portal names and service marks may be mentioned solely to identify the public service being discussed. All such names and marks belong to their respective owners.

We cannot access or change official records

We do not have access to government databases or a visitor’s private transport record. We cannot:

• check or change a driving-licence, vehicle-registration, challan, permit or application record;
• approve, reject, expedite or guarantee an application or appointment;
• cancel penalties, accept government fees or issue refunds;
• recover an OTP, password, application number or personal document; or
• act as an intermediary with an RTO, court, police unit or government office.

Accuracy, currency and regional differences

We use reasonable editorial care, but transport rules, fees, required documents, forms, processing times, portal interfaces and state-specific procedures can change. A guide may not cover every exception or local practice. We do not promise that every page will always be complete, error-free or current. The official portal and written directions of the competent authority prevail if they differ from this website.

Links to official and third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, security, accessibility, content, privacy practices or transactions. Opening a link does not create an endorsement. Check the complete domain name and HTTPS connection before providing personal or payment information. Avoid search ads, unofficial APK files, remote-access apps and anyone requesting an OTP.

Payments and fraud warning

Parivaahan.org does not collect transport-service fees or ask visitors to pay an agent. Never send us Aadhaar numbers, licence scans, RC copies, bank details, card data, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs. If you encounter a page or person pretending to represent us for payment or guaranteed approval, stop the transaction and report it through our Contact Us page.

Road-safety information

Road signs and safety material are educational summaries. They do not replace the Motor Vehicles Act, applicable rules, official learner materials, professional driver instruction, police directions or real-time road conditions. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service and follow instructions from authorised personnel.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty about uninterrupted availability, completeness, suitability for a particular purpose or the result of relying on any guide. Visitors remain responsible for verifying information and making their own decisions.
